เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า
1. สินค้าสามารถคืนได้ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากได้รับสินค้า
สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่ถูกใช้งานหรือเสียหาย ไม่ผ่านการดัดแปลง และต้องมีบรรจุภัณฑ์ครบถ้วน
2.1 หากสินค้าเสียหายจากโรงงาน:
- โปรดแจ้งให้ทราบทันทีที่ตรวจพบความเสียหาย หากสินค้าโดนดัดแปลงก่อนการทดสอบใช้งาน
- ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าให้ลูกค้า โดยเจ้าหน้าที่จะพิจารณาสภาพสินค้า (ต้องยังอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่ถูกดัดแปลง)
- ส่งหลักฐาน เช่น รูปถ่ายสินค้าและกล่องพัสดุ เพื่อประกอบการตรวจสอบ
- กรณีสินค้าเสียหายจากโรงงาน ทางร้านจะรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งคืนสินค้า และดำเนินการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนเงินตามเงื่อนไข
3. สินค้าที่ไม่สามารถคืนได้:
สินค้าที่เป็นสินค้าลดราคา, สั่งทำพิเศษ, หรือสินค้าโปรโมชั่น
สินค้าที่เปิดใช้งานหรือแกะซีลแล้ว
4. การตรวจสอบสินค้า:
ลูกค้าควรตรวจสอบสินค้าและความสมบูรณ์ทันทีหลังได้รับ หากพบปัญหา กรุณาแจ้งภายใน 72 ชั่วโมง
5. การเสียหายจากการขนส่ง:
หากสินค้าเสียหายจากการขนส่งกรุณาแจ้งพร้อมรูปถ่ายสินค้าที่เสียหายและกล่องพัสดุภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง
6.โปรดเก็บใบเสร็จหรือหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อไว้เพื่อใช้ในการขอคืนสินค้า
7. ค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งคืนสินค้า ลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ (ยกเว้นกรณีสินค้าเสียหายจากโรงงาน)
